These Terms of Service govern your use of VineDrop's SMS wine offer platform. By signing up you agree to these terms.
You must be 21 years of age or older to use VineDrop. By using our service you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
VineDrop sends recurring automated marketing text messages featuring daily wine offers from local independent wine retailers. Message frequency varies — typically one message per day. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel at any time. Text HELP for help. For support contact nick@vndrp.com.
By replying to an offer with a number, you authorize VineDrop to charge your saved payment method for the corresponding order. All sales are final once the order is confirmed. Refunds are available for undelivered orders.
Delivery is fulfilled by the local wine retailer, not by VineDrop. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. VineDrop is not responsible for delivery failures caused by recipient unavailability or incorrect address information.
You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol through VineDrop. By placing an order you confirm you are of legal drinking age. A valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery.
You may cancel your VineDrop subscription at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
VineDrop's liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order. VineDrop is not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
