When you sign up for VineDrop, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address (optional), and delivery address. We also collect payment information, which is processed and stored securely by Stripe. We collect purchase history and order information when you place orders through our platform.
We use your information to send daily wine offer text messages, process and fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers.
By signing up for VineDrop, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from VineDrop and the wine retailer you subscribed through. Message frequency varies — typically one message per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at nick@vndrp.com.
Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on VineDrop servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting nick@vndrp.com.
